This company is amazing and customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. I use the tote regularly in my job as an ICU nurse practitioner; this tote is perfect for bringing all my clinic supplies, laptop, and hydroflask to and from the hospital. All the pockets are amazing!! This also doubles as a great travel bag as well, it fits under plane seats easily, and has the slide pocket to go over a luggage handle. 100% recommend!
