 What comes in a packing cube set? 

We spent a lot of time configuring our sets and discovered the perfect combination for your travel needs! A set includes 1 Large, 2 Mediums, 2 Smalls, and a waterproof Laundry Bag for your dirty clothes. 

 Do you sell the packing cube bags individually? 

We offer our bags as sets only. We've designed these to be affordable and the perfect combination of small, medium, and large for all your travel needs!

What is your return policy? 

We're confident that you'll love your packing cubes and crossbody slings but if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just email us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. 

Items are only eligible if they are unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that they were received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of defective or incorrect items. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items for any defects before wear or use.  

If items shipped back to us do not meet our eligibility requirements and we cannot process the return/exchange, Brixley will not be responsible for shipping costs to return item(s) to the buyer. 

Be sure not to open your packages with any sharp tools as we cannot offer returns/exchanges to damaged products.

 Does a strap come with each crossbody?

Yes! One strap comes with each purchase of a crossbody. We do sell straps separately so your crossbody can be worn as a backpack. 

How do I wash my Brixley crossbody and Packing cubes?

We always recommend spot cleaning our products. We like to use a spot stain spray and a tooth brush. We are not responsible for any damages from putting it in the washing machine. 

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed. You will  receive a tracking number from us in your confirmation email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after processing for your package to be delivered. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the shipping speed once the package leaves our facility.

What is my order number?

You can find your order number in the confirmation email. If you don't have your confirmation email you can request it by emailing info@brixleybags.com Please include your full name and email address you used to place the order in the body of the email.
