This tote bag is not everything I need and more. So much room and love all the pockets with a place to put your laptop in which is why I brought the bag. It's the perfect work bag and everything I was looking for when it came to a work bag. I love it and such high quality bag. The price is very reasonable and nothing out there is like this. Got my tote, had it for less than 3 weeks and it’s already tearing at the strap loops so I won’t be using it anymore. I did email customer service and didn’t get a response so it was a complete waste of money unfortunately because it definitely has potential.
The bag is amazing and I did not get the shoulder strap and have just used a purse strap. I would have loved the cushion as I wear it crossbody often but the customer service I received was great!
Bag is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect size, love the material (feels like it will last), and compartments make sense for actual use.
