My package never arrived, and the customer service team was amazing and quick to respond. When I finally got my replacement bag, I fell in love. It's going to be my new go-to travel/road trip purse.

Would be nice if Brixley bag was deeper & small pockets inside for lotion/hand sanitizer. Free returns is always a positive!

This is my 4th Brixley 🫣 I got the OG black crossbody, was gifted the medium cream crossbody, got myself the tote for my diaper bag/travel BUT THE CRESCENT BAG!? 10/10 never going back!!
