Wish there were length options

I love my Brixley bag, I have used it every single day since my purchase. I also ordered an extra strap because I prefer backpacks over cross body bags. It’s a strap and it’s great quality; HOWEVER, I have a short torso so even at the shortest possible length, the bag rests on the bottom of my back. The straps also adjust themselves quite frequently so I am constantly having to re adjust them back to the shortest possible length.
