Overall good bag

I was super excited to receive my Birxley Bag! I love the navy color! Overall I love the bag and plan on buying more. There are however a few things I’m not a huge fan of. First one are the zippers. They clank together all the time while carrying the bag. Kid s sounds like dog tags, would be nice to have little rubber sleeves. Also the inside color is dark, it makes it tricky to see things, it would be nice to have a lighter color on the insides.

Cute bag but too small

My daughter told me about this bag. I was looking for a small bag that I could carry my phone and a few other items in. However, once I got this bag, it wasn't big enough to carry much more than just my phone. Also, it says it can be worn several different ways but if you carry it any other way than up and down, when you open it, the items fall out. I prefer to have a bag that is long ways and opens across the top, so items don't fall out when you open it up. I was kind of disappointed in this bag. I tried it on several different outings to see if I could get used to it, but unfortunately, I still didn't end up, liking it. Since I tried it several times, I went past the 14-day returnable window.

Was a little iffy on how small it was. That it wouldn't hold all my stuff.
It does fantastic though. I bought it for when I go on me cruise to keep my items close.
