This is my first bag and it arrived without a strap. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one ASAP. The the thing I have trouble with is getting my cards out of the slots sometimes. Otherwise it’s great!
I had the original brixley bag and wanted something a little larger to hold my phone and other necessities. This bag is great. Everything fits in it well, the quality is awesome. I absolutely love the print. The one thing I would change is the size of the card holder slots. They are too large so all of my cards slip right out of them.
First buyer and I love it. I was worried the strap wouldn’t be long enough but it is.
