This was perfect for my Mom, who hates carrying a large bag. She absolutely loves it. The color is beautiful, as well.
When I got my order, I had an issue with the main compartment zipper. It didn't stop the bag from working but it bothered me so I reached out to customer service. They sent a replacement and I shipped mine back. It was annoying to be without a bag in the meantime but the shipping was fast and I understand why they do it that way. The replacement has no issues. I like to wear it across my chest.
